just been watching some of the season 9 of the smallville series and it has a appearance from the justice society of america, i think the episodes are called absolute justice.

well in it there was a blonde female superhero dressed in a american style stars superhero costume and she has a bit of a look of laura vandervoort!.

right this superhero is called stargirl and is a very fetching blonde female superhero, her real life name is brittney irvin and she is canadian like laura vandervoort also.
