what laura vandervoort supergirl in smallville will look like!

here is the picture of what laura vandervoort as supergirl is going to look like in her return to smallville, and what i always notice is in how good shape laura vandervoort is, she was a tomboy when younger as in did a lot of sports.

looking at the return of supergirl, and laura vandervoort in such good shape, i am wondering if she does a lot of working out in the gym to keep in shape or if it is all just good genetics and she keeps in shape without much effort.

laura definitely has some good leg muscles and abs as well, that look like she is not a couch potato, or at least a couch potato that works out and goes to the gym if she was a couch potato, i am a bit of couch potato but don't look like one cause i am always doing weights, so i can see how that would work.

only things i can find when it comes to working out on smallville is the tom welling workout where tom welling says he does not have much time to workout and does just as much as he can when it comes to training.

it's obvious that tom welling probably does more then a bit here and there when it comes to training and working out.
